Katrina playing th role of Anushka Shetty | Katrina as Arundhati

Sexy damsel Katrina Kaif’s stars are shinning bright these days. Followed by the success of her recent movies Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Mere Brother Ki Dulhan , the pretty actress has got some plum offers in her kitty.

As per the sources she will star in the remake of the Telugu film Arundhati which was a blockbuster hit in 2009.

It is known that originally the title character was essayed by Anushka and it won her many accolades.

Gemini Film Circuit production has already bought the rights of the movie to be made in Hindi and are approaching various actresses. Apart from Katrina, Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukherji’s name was also considered. The film had grossed nearly ` 40 crores.
