JKC is planning to organize a recruitment process with ICICI Bank in the last week of September for their immediate requirement at Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Role to be offered: Phone Banking Officer

 Job Profile

The selected applicant would be appointed in the Customer Service Phone Banking (CSPB) Group at Hyderabad � Gachibowli and would mainly be responsible for managing customer queries / complaints in voice process (inbound & outbound).

Qualifications

-      Any Graduate

-      Age less than or equal to 28 years

-      Graduate with 0-3 years of work experience

Criteria

-      Good in spoken English & Hindi

Other specifications

-      Domestic voice process

-      5 day working �with rotational off

-      Should be comfortable working in shifts

-      Pick and drop facility from Hi-tech City to Gachibowli during Day Shift

Compensation

-      Cost to Company - starting 1.2 lakhs , will vary as per work experience

-      Will also be eligible for other benefits of ICICI Bank as applicable

Process

-      Bank aptitude test which consists of, Comprehension, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning & Series completion. The test duration is for 1 hour

-      SPOT interviews will be conducted for candidates who clear the test.
